Sheraton Mendoza Hotel, Mendoza

I was thrilled with my stay at the hotel. The rooms were comfortable and spacious, offering a captivating view across the rooftops of Mendoza to the snow-capped peaks of the Andes; however, I encountered a minor inconvenience with the non-functioning air conditioning in the Club suite. The service was exceptional, with the staff being very attentive, including the Guest Relations manager, who made my special dates even more pleasant. The location was fantastic, providing easy access to explore the city and being conveniently close to the airport. The dining experience, although busy, was decent, and the 17th-floor restaurant Mirador space offered a buffet-style option with attentive staff for coffees. The facilities exceeded my expectations, and overall, it was a memorable stay.

My stay at the hotel was delightful. The king suite I had was lovely, spacious, and clean, although it could benefit from a refresh. The service provided by the pleasant and friendly staff was exceptional, and they even prepared eggs and French toast to my liking. The location was convenient for exploring the city and close to the airport. The dining experience offered a decent spread of options, and I particularly enjoyed the regional jams. The facilities were satisfactory, making my stay comfortable and enjoyable.

I was on the 15th floor looking west at the mountains, and the room was of adequate size with comfortable beds. We received a complementary bottle of Chandon, which was a nice touch. However, the room's condition was not incredibly large.

My stay at the hotel offered the perfect bed to recover, with a very quiet room and free savory snacks & wine. The room was really spacious, very clean, and comfortable, providing fresh towels and lovely bedding. The hotel had some minor downsides such as the dining options being the same every day and lacking essential room amenities.
